Dear Expedition: Yellowstone! Students and Parents/Guardians,

Please note the following change to our trip: We will be leaving Detroit on Sunday, February 20, 2011 and returning on February 25, 2011.

I have been working very hard trying to find the best rates/fares possible. I have made the change because I was able to save us $5,000 as a group by flying out a day earlier and into Billings, MT. Even with a hotel stay on Sunday night and the added bus costs (Billings is about one hour further than Bozeman to our destination), we are still saving $5,000.

We will be purchasing our airline tickets by next week. You must make a deposit of $250 by Monday, October 25, 2010 (make checks payable to Our Lady of La Salette). Please see the blogsite (www.ollsyellowstone.blogspot.com) for the airline itinerary and please see the following payment schedule:

Total cost of trip: $850

I will also need to submit a list of passenger names to Frontier Airlines. Please fill out the bottom of this form and return it with your deposit on October 25.
